Memory is a pain-in-the-bum, especially when it comes to the new Oracle 11g fusion middleware stack.
Caused by: java.sql.SQLRecoverableException: ORA-01034: ORACLE not available
ORA-27102: out of memory
Linux Error: 12: Cannot allocate memory

Solution 1: Decrease the WLS admin server
The issue with memory often comes from managed servers and not the admin servers. I would recommend setting the Maximum argument lower and see if that makes a different.
set setDomainEnv = WLS MAX AGS to 512! (Line 220 ish)
Solution 2: Investigate other programs running
Check if there's other programs running by running the top command. This will give you an idea on how much memory is left, what's soaking up the used memory etc. It's likely that you have some java program sapping-up the memory in the background that you could be using for better purposes.
Solution 3: Increase allocated memory for applications
As simple as it sounds, try increasing the programs with designated memory parameters, SOA and OIM especially or OIA if you're doing role mining.
XENGINE_DIR="${SOA_ORACLE_HOME}/soa/thirdparty/edifecs/XEngine"
DEFAULT_MEM_ARGS="-Xms512m -Xmx1024m"
PORT_MEM_ARGS="-Xms768m -Xmx1536m"
startup pfile=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initorcl.ora
Solution 4: Clearing the caches
The important figures here is the buffers/cache 4332/1111. You can see there's not much left in the memory and a lot within the buffered cache.
The best solution for this is to clear the cache by executing the following command:
sync; echo 3 > /proc/sys/vm/drop_caches
Solution 5: Altered the database
Prior to initiating the database, it may be a good idea to increase/decrease the pool size located from within the initoracl file
startup pfile=$ORACLE_HOME/dbs/initorcl.ora
orcl.__db_cache_size=419430400
orcl.__java_pool_size=16777216
orcl.__large_pool_size=16777216
orcl.__oracle_base='/opt/oracle'#ORACLE_BASE set from environment
orcl.__pga_aggregate_target=452984832
orcl.__sga_target=1040187392
orcl.__shared_io_pool_size=0
orcl.__shared_pool_size=57042534
4 orcl.__streams_pool_size=0

The WeMos D1 is a ESP8266 WiFi based board is an extension to the current out-of-the-box library that comes with the Arduino installation. Because of this, you need to import in the libraries as well as acknowledging the specific board. This process is highly confusion with a number of different individuals talking about a number of different ways to integrate.

For what I see, there's not too many supportive documentations out there that will demonstrate how provision AD group membership with the ICF connector using OpenIDM. The use of the special ldapGroups attribute is not explained anywhere in the Integrators guides to to the date of this blog. This quick blog identifies the tasks required to provision AD group membership from OpenIDM to AD using the LDAP ICF connector. However this doesn't really explain what ldapGroups actually does and there's no real worked example of how to go from an Assignment to ldapGroups to an assigned group in AD. I wrote up a wiki article for my own reference: AD group memberships automatically to users This is just my view, others may disagree, but I think the implementation experience could be improved with some more documentation and a more detailed example here.
